Posting a new vehicle on the Android app

This user manual is designed to assist you successfully upload your vehicle details and post your advert(s) on the Android CarsOnlime mobile application.

Firstly, create and/or log in to your account.

Now, to sell your vehicle, tap on the green SELL YOUR VEHICLE button.

 

There are 6 steps to follow to sell your vehicle and they are explained in details below:

Step 1

Tap the icon of the vehicle type you wish to sell:

Next, select the Make, Model and Model Variant (if any) of the vehicle you wish to sell and tap the NEXT button.

Step 2

Enter the Key facts of the vehicle such as Power, Engine Size, Mileage (in km), Condition of the vehicle, Year of Manufacture and vehicle price (Leones or US Dollars).

Next, tap the NEXT button to proceed to the STEP 3.

Step 3

Select the features of your vehicle as shown below:

Tap the NEXT button to proceed to STEP 4.

Step 4

Select the additional features of your vehicle as shown below:

Tap the NEXT button to proceed to STEP 5.

Step 5

Type in the description of the vehicle as shown below:

Tap the green NEXT button to proceed to STEP 6.

Step 6

The last step is to upload photos of your vehicle. To do this, tap the UPLOAD PHOTOS button.

Next, browse to your vehicle photos on your phone and select the photos you would like to upload. You can select multiple photos at once.
Click Yes if you are asked for CarsOnlime to access your phone’s photos.

After the selection is done, you will receive a message saying “You have successfully selected (X) photos”.

Next, tap the PREVIEW AD button. Your vehicle details will be shown.

Next, scroll down and tap the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.

After clicking the SUBMIT button, you will receive a success message as shown below:

Congratulations, you have successfully created a new ad!


While your new ad is pending activation you can check its status by going to ‘My Vehicles’ section if you tap the green (four lines) menu icon.
